Prashant Mishra
(Founder & CEO)
Prashant is Founder & CEO at Agnam Advisors. Prior to founding Agnam, he was Co-Founder, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer at Spark Family office & Investment Advisors. Prashant has worked with organisations like Standard Chartered Bank, Kotak Securities, Karvy Stock Broking and HSBC in various roles. By education, Prashant is a commerce graduate and is an MBA from the University of Pune. He likes to travel, read history and politics, run marathons and go on long bike rides when he is not working.
Prashant was recognised amongst “40 Under 40 Alternate Investment Professionals in India” for 2019 by AIWMI and IAAIF
Pranjali Madnani
(Director – Estate Planning & Compliance)
Pranjali heads the Estate Planning vertical at Agnam Advisors. She comes with a deep industry experience of advising and helping high net worth individuals with their Estate Planning requirements related to inheritance, succession, Wills and Family Trusts. She oversees the Compliance function at Agnam, ensuring Agnam’s compliance with SEBI RIA regulations.
Pranjali has worked with organizations like IIFL Trustees & Investment Advisors, Spark Family Office & Investment Advisors and Anand Rathi Wealth Management. Pranjali has earned her LL.M. degree in Business Law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
Pavana BV
(Client Operations Manager)
Pavana manages the Client Operations at Agnam Advisors ensuring seamless service delivery for the clients. Her responsibilities at Agnam encompass data monitoring, management and reporting, document creation and management and a variety of administrative tasks. Pavana is a commerce graduate. In her prior experience she has worked with Ernst & Young majorly handling client operations, process improvement and people management.
Pavana loves to spend time with family and friends, cooking, travelling and listening to music.

K Jaya Kumar
Jaya has a deep understanding of business coupled with hands-on exposure to all aspects of technology management in a career spanning nearly two and a half decades in well-known high technology companies. Jaya has honed his skills in the entire gamut of product development-architecture through implementation, people management and other aspects of running a business.
Jaya began his career at Wipro Information Technologies . He was among the first employees of Oracle’s India Development Centre. After a successful stint at Oracle, Jaya was invited to co-found Neta Inc, a Valley-based start-up. At Neta, as Director, Engineering, Jaya was responsible for architecture through implementation of Neta Smart Solution, a data-mining based Internet personalization solution. He had exposure to all aspects of managing a start-up, and was also responsible for running Neta’s data centre and designing and putting into practice an implementation methodology for Neta Smart Solution. When Neta was sold to Disney’s Internet Division, Jaya moved into Walt Disney’s Internet Division as Director, Software Engineering. He was responsible for developing leading edge technologies for Disney’s verticals and evangelizing technology adoption within the Internet Division. During his tenure at Disney, Jaya successfully managed three technology platforms and a multicultural team. After four years stint as the Chief Delivery Officer of Scandent Solutions, Jaya headed the India operations of Ariba Technologies ( a part of SAP), from 2005 to 2014, from 2014 to early 2017 he worked with Walmart Labs as VP & Managing Director, India. Jaya now heads India operations of one of world largest travel technology company.
Jaya has a B. Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications from IIT (Bombay) and PGDM from IIM (Bangalore). Jaya loves riding bikes, he is a voracious reader and a movie buff.
P Rangarajan
Ranga has held leadership roles in product management, sales, marketing and operations at both large IT companies like Wipro, Infosys and in start-ups like RubanBridge and Appnomic Systems. He currently consults with start-ups and is on the board of RubanBridge (www.1bridge.one) and Makkala Jagriti (www.makkalajagriti.org), a NGO. He was part of the founding team at Appnomic Systems (www.appnomic.com), where he played a crucial part in the start-up to the growth phase of the company. Prior to Appnomic, he was a key member of the team that built the Finacle product business at Infosys, and helped it become one of the top 3 global banking solutions. A MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai, and an Engineering graduate from BITS, Pilani, he brings a strong record of delivering value and innovation to clients.
